When I started creating the Jogging-Course site in 2011, I never believed that it could have become so popular and well positioned on Google. Having such a large number of daily visitors to this site, I see that it brings some value to people when it comes to their health lifestyle choices, hoping they don’t just read the content, but apply it to their way of life.

The goal of this site is still the same, to help people to start running in order to take full advantage of the benefits of this sport, whether it is for their health, their physical form, their appearance, their wallet or a weightloss .

In order to continue to help people with their running efforts, and to see if a jogging community is possible to help new runners, I would like to try to publish a monthly newsletter, so that I can share with this community of information regarding events, monthly news, surveys, news and perhaps promotions if Jogging-Course affiliates with a sporting goods store.
