If you are training for a marathon, try one of these training plans to help you measure up. These plans are designed for all different levels.

Beginner runner marathon

To start this program, you should have run for at least six months and have a base mileage of around 20 to 25 km per week.

Marathon runner advanced beginner

You have already run a half marathon race (21.1 km) and you are ready for the challenge of a marathon. Use this 20 Week Advanced Beginner’s Program to train for a marathon.

Intermediate runner marathon

This program is designed for runners who can comfortably run 10 km and can go out 5 times per week.
